Gill Hernaiz is an artist who lives with her Spanish husband at Collaton near Malborough, South Devon where they own a small organic farm set in a beautiful unspoilt valley leading to the beach at North Sands. Gill has enjoyed painting for most of her life but in latter years has had more time to develop her talent. Her paintings give a very personal view of her life in the countryside and her affinity with the varied livestock on the farm - mainly evident in her love of sheep. Many of the animals depicted still live with them and all of the flock have individual names and come to call!
